Clarksville.com Channel 10 is a leased access channel that is operated by Sites and Sutton Design and Marketing. Sites and Sutton Design and Marketing is a full service advertising agency specializing in custom marketing and advertising campaigns in a variety of media. We do full production for television, radio, and offer graphic design services for billboards, websites, newspaper and print media.

Kay has produced successful print, radio and video campaigns for a variety of clients in Tennessee, Kentucky and Louisiana. Her strength lies in her talent to develop media mixes that net results for clients.

Debra has worked in advertising design and marketing for more than 25 years. With a strong background in print design and copywriting, Sutton has received national and international awards for her design and promotional projects. In addition, Debra has worked extensively with community groups on event planning and promotion.

Production Director
Bill Harding serves Community Channel 10 as the production director creating in-studio and on-location productions and commercials custom tailored to the needs of each client with state-of-the-art production equipment. Bill attends APSU pursuing excellence in production and post-production techniques. He also works as an audio and video podcaster for TheAllState.com, the campus newspaper of APSU. In his off time, Bill enjoys shooting pool, wrenching on Hondas, baking new recipes, and spending time with his gorgeous new bride, Terri. Bill and Terri serve as leaders of the youth Bible study at Bethel Community Church in Clarksville, and enjoy being a part of the kids' lives there.
